What do you recomend 383 or 396? I plan on spending about $7,000 on just the motor and heads and I am going to spray it with at least 200HP, but no more than 300HP.

Lunati has some nice balanced rotating assemblies ready to bolt in. If you want to mix and match, Callies will get whatever other comonents needed to make a complete RA with one of their excellent cranks. I have used both and been very satisfied. Last RA I went with Callies and was very pleased. They are who you want to deal with if you want something out of the ordinary, as they are a small company who will treat you like an individual. Lunati has been bought out by Mr. Gasket, though their quality is still good it's not like it used to be where you could call up and talk directly to the "old man" or someone else who actually knew something.

I used Callies, Oliver and JE for my rotating assembly 11 years ago and it hasn't been apart yet....Its a bit pricey, but extremely durable...
