96 Formula.......

When you turn on the headlights the abs light comes on the dash and the cruise doesn't work. The turn signals also stay on and when you actually hit the turn signal switch, it turns them off........

This is not my car but a buddy of mines...........

I did notice that the car had a alarm system at one time, I'm curious has to if that is the problem.
