Strange electrical failure

I did a quick search and found nothing. I figured I'd post a thread to see if I could get an answer quick (as I have to go to school in 9 hours and I dont have a working car)

Story:

Car started to randomly blowing IGN Fuse (under the hood, I believe fuse #11).

For the past couple of drives I have just been replacing the IGN fuse as a temporary fix until I got the time to get further in depth with the troubleshooting.

I was driving today and the car randomly shut off. I thought it was just the IGN fuse, so I pull over, see the fuse is blown. I replace it and nothing. I have no power anywhere in the car. Whenever I try to start the car, the guage lights MIGHT come on, but then quickly turn off. The seat belt light is almost always on, even when it's not suppose to be. and the led light that is on the top of the dash (you know, the one everyone always thinks is a marble stuck on the top of the dash) is blinking extremely fast. I tried jumping it, and nothing. I checked all fuses, and nothing...

any ideas?

or can anyone provide me with a wiring schematic to stare at for a few hours?

Do you possibly have an aftermarket alarm system that cuts the fuel off.

There is no aftermarket alarm.

I checked all the fuses to the left of the steering wheel on the dash and on the driver's side of the engine. They are all good.

Let's assume there is a connection between the IGN fuse going out and your problem.

The IGN fuse #11 under hood goes thru connector C100 which is the black 10 pin connector near the PCM. On a pink wire it goes to the ICM, the coil and the CKP.

Put a good fuse in and check the 3 devices for the presence of 12 volts on each devices pink wire with KOEO.

Now wiggle wires from C100 to the 3 devices. Then check the fuse to see if it's blown. If it's blown, check the contacts at the fuse (pull it out) to see which side has 12 volts. The side that does not have 12 volts is the side you want to use. Turn key off. Put one lead of an ohm meter in the contact at the fuse that does not have 12 volts on it. Put the other lead on a good ground point. If the reading is less than 1 meg ohm, wiggle wires until it is higher. That is the point you need to look at.

If the reading is higher than 1 meg ohm, wiggle it until it shows up lower. That is now the point in the wiring you need to tend to.

fixed it.

the flood/moisture pooped out my battery connections.

turns out part of the engine harness (above the starter, going to the cps) had moved and was rubbing against my header primary.
