SEE SIG
Meh, you're not too far off I don't think, maybe just on the low end of the spectrum...

Say 250 ponies stock for you...+6 CAI, +6 catback, +12 shorties, and your tune. Depending on what the tune gave you and the running ability of your car, it isn't that far off really. Of course these numbers are nothing but estimates.

I think you are being generous with +12 for the shorties... id say 8 at most.

Yes. GM High Tech (or Chevy High Performance, I am at work and the Magazine is at home) recently baselined a bone stock TA M6 LT1 and a Bone stock Camaro M6 LS1 before boltons and an STS turbo install.

LT1 put down 273 RWHP
LS1 put down 311 RWHP

There is a guy on Speeddensity.org with a 93 Z28 M6 that put down like 267 RWHP bone stock.

Too high on both: Lt1 with single cat around 235-245 RWHP, Ls1 between 285 and 305. JMHO. A4s a bit less than M-6. JMHO

The "R" in "RWHP" stands for "rear". The "W" in "RWHP" stands for "wheel". Thus, the phrase refers to how much power passes to the rear wheels. Therefore, any device between the engine and rear wheels, given the general layout of vehicles, will affect net "RWHP".

FWIW ("for what it's worth" for those not savvy on the acronyms), my bone stock '95 LT1 puts out ~350 RWHP via the automatic transmission.
