Stock lt1 cam specs

What are the specs on the stock lt1 cam? I did a search but after the first 5 or 6 pages I got kind of lazy.

Oh I just found something: 205/207 117 LSA

is this right? No wonder cam swaps make such a huge difference. But what are the complete specs on it?

205/207 117....

205 = degrees of duration @ .050" lift is achieved on intake lobe
207 = " " " " " " ......................on the exhaust lobe
117 = lobe separation, or gap between the centerline of the intake and exhaust lobe.

I think that is the most helpful site Ive ever seen regarding cam selections and such. On the 94-95 how come they went with 230/208 and on the 96 they went with 205/207... why did they have such a big gap on the 94 to 95 between the durations and not so much on the 96??

The duration on the 94-95 cam was 230/208 and the lift was .450/.460 compared to the 96 cam was 205/208 with a lift of .447/.459

Technically speaking, Would the 94-95 outperform the 96 cam?

How exactly is that relevent, then maybe i'll have an answer.

230 is a dislexic typo for 203

Duration is typically measured at 0.05" lift.... not the number of degrees at the max lift.

Here's the link to the Comp Cams tutorial.....
