Got my cam motion cam for my turbo LT1 project and they recommend 380 lbs of valve spring pressure. My question is, when do move to a better than stock hydraulic roller lifter? Will a stock one handle spring pressure like this? The turbos I'm using are small so this motor will probably be done at around 6000 rpm. I just don't know if some of the so called "performance lifters" are any better than the stock ones. Thanks.

 

I would say that the stock lifters would be fine for your project if they are in good shape
