Stock Exhaust size

What size are the pipes on a stock exhaust?

2.5" y-pipe, merge into 2.75" intermediate pipe all the way to the muffler.

are the SS's different? i noticed in your sig u had an SS, just wondering if the intermediate pipe spec was for an SS?

Some SS's came with optional SLP 2 on the left and that had a 3" intermediate pipe. Mine didn't have this optoin, so it had the stock one same as any other normal Z28.

Stock exhasut looks so bad *** i love the rectangle tips ... but it don sound good enough , and if you look at it side by side with an aftermarket cat back , you'd see how much more restrictive it is, stock cat back is anus ... the stock exhaust manifolds ... theyre jsut down rite horrible ...
