Stock exhaust manifold removal

Whats the easiest way? Any tutorials?

Spray the bolts with PB Blaster.

Yeah, that's the best way. Spray them and let them sit over night. Then spray them again before you take them off. Mine came right out.

Definitely agree with the above. Chances are those mainfolds are rusted on very good. I still have my manifolds with broken studs still in the collectors because thats the only way they'd come out.

Yeah just spray all the bolts with something like liquid wrench and let them sit for awhile. I did this and let it sit overnight, then did another spray of all the bolts, let it sit for some more, but 2 of the bolts on the manifold collector still broke, not a big problem though. And also I found that the rear passenger bolt was already broken.. I don't know how that would happen, since the exhaust has never been taken off.. But anyways, I got all the bolts off easy besides the two on the collector!

Yea, PB blaster, a swivel socket, and alot of extensions. Mine both came out the top. Dont forget about the EGR tube. The EGR bolt is a biach. I used 2 wrenches chained together to get TQ on it.
