Stock alternator as a one-wire setup?

Stock alternator as a one-wire setup?
Is there any way to run the stock alternator without the factory computer/wiring? I don't have the stock gauge panel or computer, so I don't have anything to plug into the alternator other than a positive terminal to the battery. Is there something I can plug into it to regulate it, premade preferably?
