Sticking throttle blades?

I think my throttle body blades may be sticking a little. I have a BBK/Edlebrock 52mm TB. I have a slight "wait" when I tap the gas, which used to not be there. Any way to correct this?

Mine does the same sometimes Trey. But mine will stick while Im driving down the road and I have to press the gas pedal to get it to release and drop the rpm's back down.

I dunno. Mine seems constant though. Like the gas pedal and the blades aren't in sync or something. I just replaced the TB cable yesterday too, and it's still there. I dunno, but it drives me crazy.

i had the stocker modified. it smoothed out the idle and seald better around the blades then the factory. it also had roller bearings installed on the shaft. does your tb shaft ride on bearings?? possible cause. how about the seal around the blades? any leak by? maybe you can send it back if its not too old and have another sent out?? just guessing. maybe get your money back and get the stock ported?? just throwing out ideas.

I bought the TB used and cleaned it before I put it on, so I don't think that is the problem. I dunno.

I had the BBK and it kinda did the smae thing but opposite. It had little burns on the valves so it would not allow the plates to close. It would idle so high that it would drive me down the road at 30. I returned it and now have a TPIS installed and awaiting good weather!
