I'm running Crane Golds in my solid roller 396. Either/or will be fine. I'd only trust a popular brand, however.

The scuttlebutt used to be that aluminum was not suitable for the street due to long term metal fatigue issues. However, lots of people use them on the street and GM used them on a production motor (the LT4). I use them both on the Camaro and my race car primarily because they look nice and Pro-Mags are ugly!

Well I can get a decent deal from a friend for springs and steel full rollers for a low amount. does aluminum really make that much of a difference?

i would be more worried about the brand rather than the construction material

I've been running the crane gold rockers with no problems. But as previously said. Go with a well known and used brand.

Agree with the previous comments about brand and about Ti retainers.

thats not the right way to go about fixing the issue

1-make a thread in the seller feedback section

2-file with paypal

3-and file with the FBI

+1 to that, threadjacking and complaining about a completely unrelated topic is not the way to go about it. fix the problem at its source.
