I recently installed new motor (used 95 lt1) motor and ECM. The motor starts and then dies, I have fuel pressure, oil pressure, and when I un plug the MAF it does the same thing, anyone got any ideas?

Could be air or fuel related. I would suggest: check injectors, monitor fuel pressure long term, check compression, and check out IAC valve and TPS.

Just some ideas...

I had a similar prob;lem when the car was hot and sat for 20 minutes. Turned out to be a evap canister hose rotten. I doubt that this will help you though.

For starters, make sure you have not left any vacuum hoses off, you have power to the MAF, intake elbow is not ripped or not on properly.

Thanks for the ideas, but I found the problem, the guy had his ECM reprogrammed and failed to program out the VATS.
Changed ECM's and viola...it lit and ran!!!!
