well, back at it this morning. Just need to install everything now. Last night I even loosened the cradle bolts, so the motor mounts are off, and then the cradle is loose. I hope these things go in ok....and my taylors sure look nice with the OVC set-up.

how 'bout that, they just about slid right in. I think the extra effort of loosening the cradle bolts helped alot, and it did not take but 10 minutes. SWEET . In any cas, now I've got to put everything back together and wrap some wires in Nomex. I'm bummed because my gaskets wont be here till monday, and I cant run it before then. I guess that just leaves extra time to triple check and make sure everything is done RIGHT.

I would rather swap a cam than do headers again. You know a cam is going to fit (unless you went huge and are running the valves into the pistons) so it really is just taking things apart and putting it back together. With headers they might not fit without a lot of custom work. Everyone's cam fits in the same way, but with headers it depends on how the motor mounts are, if the car has been in a wreck, production tolerances etc.

I like to work on my car, so it doesn't bother me. None of it is really "hard" just time consuming.
