Spun bearing?...video

I've been told many different things that this could be. Now I have a video hosted with the noise: http://media.putfile.com/MovieCar

What do y'all think it is? And whats the fix?

Check your rockers before anything. Is possible it is a bearing though.

I've heard 2 messed up bottom ends, both sounded like that.

Both were mustangs though.... always check the valve train first though. Just don't go around racing or anything and it might be fine for awhile if you need something to drive.

Heres how you tell if its a bearing or not. While car is running give it gas like you have been to make the noise. While you are doing that pull (ONE AT A TIME) the injector connectors to unplug the injector. If the noise goes away OR gets better on the cylinder which the injector is unplugged then it is a bearing or possible piston.
