Spun Bearing After Cam \head swap?

What would a spun bearing sound like, and how would I go about finding out which one is spun? I blew a head gasket and decided to put an LT4 cam in with ported heads. now my oil pressure is really low, and the car doesnt want to idle. Had PCM reprogrammed and helped a little. When I turn on the key I hear a loud humminh noide from the smog pump, never heard this before. Please Help!!

Pull the oil pan off and check. Not as simple as just pulling the pan as there is a bit involved... but you're gonna need to do it anyways.

What he said. Pull the pan, pull the rod caps one by one and check the bearings.
