I think they are a decent spring. Not top notch, but not a top notch price.

rated at .600 "max lift" but I would use them up to .570 lift and 6300 RPM. They are in the same catagory with the K motions or Crane 99846 single springs.

If you have more lift, more RPM, etc, a good dbl spring or bee hive is a better choice.

Is anything else needed for those springs i heard you have to shim them or something? the 750's that is

More than likely you will need to shim any spring to get the correct installed height.

The correct installed height is the one that gives the desired seat pressure and still leaves enough height to avoid coil bind at max valve lift.
