Spark question
Re: Spark question
Pull a spark plug boot off and hold it about 1/2" from ground (heads, engine block) and look for a spark. Better yet is to buy a spark test tool (< $10). This allows you to adjust the gap and prove that you have a hot spark. I've experienced weak sparks caused by failing coils that would not allow the engine to start.

If so would I have someone turn the engine over while I watch for spark?
