Spark is missing

Based on my o2 numbers, I've got a spark miss on the left bank. What is the best way to find the hole thats missing?

Could it be the opti?

Bad wire (they are new MSG 8.5mm wires)??

What else?

95 LT1. Thx

Anyone successfully use a timing light to diagnose this?

Don't see why you couldn't clip the pickup of a timing light on the wires and see if the spark was cutting out.
