Well, Tommorow I am thinking about getting a cut-out put on my car. I have the cam and headers with no cats. It is listed in my sig. What do u guys think? Anybody have a sound clip of headers and no cat with a cut-out. Let me know if its going to be too loud and i shouldnt do it!

it's pretty loud. I can show you what it'd sound like w/ cut out open and headers... But w/ a CC306 cam.

 

Im sure thats pretty much the same, I know the cam effects the sound a little but but mostly the headers and no cat is what is going to make it so loud. Does it sound too loud and disgusting?

 

I always uncapped mine at the track.. Picked up a good amount of HP too.

 

yep mine is always uncapped at the track,but capped on the street,

 

I ran that with my old setup and it was LOUD. There really isn't a downside to doing it other than I lost an inch or so of ground clearance, but I'm not too fond of the sound for daily driving.

 

I have the same cam and I drove around with just shorties and y-pipe and it it Very Loud, especially at WOT!

Definately a little much for daily driving, But I got a million compliments.
