SAE is one way of correcting the HP. I doubt is says SAE = 5 because "5" is the smoothing factor applied to make the curves appear less choppy. Has nothing to do with the correction factor.

Not clear from your answer.... what heads does it have? Appears it was a simple "rebuild" with no head work. Is that correct?

Then you put the cam, rockers and springs in it yourself? Did you degree the cam?

cam was put in when engine came back from jasper at shop, if i knew then i would have had a different cam heh, installed at 108 intake center line, lobe separation 112 from what cam spec sheet says.. i bet the heads, are different than stock
