Something wrong with A/C...?

I'm not exactly if this is an A/C problem, but ever since I replaced the spark plugs and wires on my car, I turn on the A/C and air won't come through the main vents it all comes through the defrost vents. I tried turning the **** to different settings, but I still get the same result on every setting. I tried it with the heater, and I get the same effect. Has this happend to anyone before? How can I fix this? Thank you for your time.

It's most likely a broken vacuum line, look around the right side of the engine compartment for a broken line. Also, there is a vacuum valve that is known to go bad, it is in the same area, right side of engine compartment around the AC box. HTH

would there be a hissing sound coming from that general area? And by right side of engine compartment, do you mean passenger side?
