You can not post the actual picture in the message. You can only post a "link." The link has to be to an Internet website or a server that can be accessed by the public. You have to upload your photo to such a website. There are free photo servers available.

If you don't have a site to post it on you can email it to me and I'll post it here if you want.

You need save it and send it as a JPEG or similar file, not as an actual image in your email.
