What do you change on the engine when you do a tune up? I'm thinking plugs, wires, and what else?

I also put in new gear oil in the differental, and usually do a oil change when I do the plugs and wires.Check the O2 sensors visually.I also use that fuel injector cleaner that you spray into the intake clean out the builup of carbon. Then again I am quite the maintance freak What ever the normal time to service the car cut that in half thats me.

Heres my idea of a tune-up....

new spark plugs
spark plug wires
coil & wire
fuel filter
fuel injector cleaner
flush coolant
change oil
change differential fluid
