so if I bought this A4 to M6 conversion kit, how much work is involved in the swap??

This is for my 93 Z28 A4. The changeover kit is $1500 and includes the following:
Includes, 94-97 T56 transmission, cross member, shifter, pedals, clutch, pressure plate, fly wheel, slave and master cylinder, and bolts.
So these are ALL the parts I would need for the swap? Is it really as big of a pain in the *** as I think it is? Oh yeah, I would still need a 6 speed center console, no biggie.
Also, what about the computer? Will the 93 be fine or will I need new programming (pcmforless or madz28.com) ??
Do I have everything together or am I missing anything?

oh and as far as the console dont let anybody rip you off all you need is the center part around the shifter and the leather boot that is it you dont need the whole console it is the same as the auto just swap the center
It isnt as time consuming at it sounds. The hardest part is probably getting under the console for the pedals, drilling the hole for the clutch and the one for the shifter. The rest is basically just taking out and reinstalling a tranny.
