Right now I have a flex mono syclone (2500cfm) fan and the car is wants to get hot in city driving... I have very limited room to work with, 15.5 inches in height, and 22.5 in width.... Not one fan on felxlites site will work those dimensions... I could go to dual pusher fans, but I have a feeling the same thing will happen..

I did the (near) vertical rad move (A Be Cool 4 core) (97ss MM6). I modified (2) 12" flex_lite fans (pull type). Made my own bracket, and, did some cutting on the fans for fit. I never take them off the rad since they go as a unit now. I run them high speed all the time. I reworked the front air-dam for flow. I also run Evans poly_glycol w/o a thermostat. I really do not like the gm WP bypass design. It can leak around thru the by_pass & alot of the coolant will not pass thru the rad. Thus, engine runs hotter. The gm long pump was designed for fast cold weather warm-ups. You can read about this (and other) with HP books by... Ray Bohaz ("cooling systems"). Summit sells it. Also, evans web site has good info (I think... evanscooling.com). 4th gens like air flow, and, all of the rad air is off the top of a hot highway. HTH. B.

Don't see why you have to stay with Flexlite.

There is this

If you have 22 inches of vertical space you put 2 of these vertically

However I think this would be better cause it has a shroud. Perhaps your problem is too much air leaking around the edges.

Come on man. I found these in less than 3 minutes looking. Surely you can do better.

15.5 HEIGHT

22.5 in WIDTH

None of those will work, the mono 2 down just will not get the job done.. I think I found some that will work summit dual 12 pullers at 23.5 inchs Width and 15.5 height..
