Smoke coming out from bottom of car..help!
Where is the exhaust leak? Its possible the exhaust leak is getting worse because the cat is plugged up, and blowing out a leak is the only way the exhaust can get out of the engine.
If the exhaust leak is before the O2 sensors, its really screwing up the PCM's ability to control the A/F ratio. You need to repair problems..... not just keep driving around and making them worse.
You can check for the intake manifold oil leak by taking a clean paper towel, and reaching over the back/passenger side of the engine, where the EGR riser tube is, wiping the towel on the back of the block, and checking for a large oil stain on the paper towel. You should also see signs of oil dripping down on the bellhousing.
You mention smoke coming "out of the cats".... did you do some sort of dual-cat conversion on your 94?
