does any one have pictures of how it mounts. I have a TNT Nitrous Kit which added about an inch between the TB and intake, and was wonering if i would have issues with making it fit???

 

I'm pretty sure that is the same box they supply with the "Ram Air HO" hood. And it is identical to the stock WS6 box, except it doesn't have the "Pontiac" or "Ram Air" logos cast into the cover, and the gasket isn't formed and mounted to the cover.

The "box" mounts to the top of the radiator support with one screw. The MAF pushes into the back of the airbox, then there is a flexible "bellows" that fills the gap between the MAF and the TB. There is probably enough flex in the bellows to accomodate the fact that your TB sits a little forward of stock.
