i had the 2otl and it always put a smile on my face. I sold that car. I now have a vert and have the slp loudmouth waiting to go on. If the loud mouth sounds half as good on my 94z vert i will be happy. I also liked the looks of the 2otl, it was different.

The SLP exhaust sounds soooo bada$$! I've had it for over two years, always get compliments, and never have gotten pulled over for being too loud. It great to have an exhaust that can be quiet when you need it to or scream when you gun it.

2OTL ROCKS. Probably one of the best sounding exhaust around. It kinda catches people off gaurd too. When they only see it exiting on one side of the car. I have it on mine (came with from factory SS) But I added FLP long tubes and off road pipes. Talk about sound BAD. I have people ask all the time what kind of exhaust I have. Another vote for 2OTL.

Go with the SLP exhaust! I have it on mine and it sounds incredible.. Couldnt tell u about which one flows better, but I have been told by everyone that the SLP exhaust flows just as good as anything else out there.. The 2 pipes out 1 side rules too

Do you mind explaining how the magnaflow "flows better" than the Hooker when the Hooker is a 3" mandrel bent catback and you can see straight through the muffler??

Well, I'll be getting Magnaflow if I ever get tired of my Dynomax. From what I've heard Magnaflow has pretty good flow (lol), and is basically just like having a straight pipe, the muffler just has insulation running around the pipe inside it. Don't know about the sound though, except I've heard that it's pretty rude. Hooker has a good sound and so does SLP, but there's a lot of ppl around here with those, don't wanna be a copycat. And I would say the hp difference between them is negligible for a car that you drive down the street, more about the sound really.
FYI, Dynomax is pretty quiet at idle and cruisin, but it has a very deep tone and sounds very....err...refined. Revving or mashing the pedal does tend to make it a lot louder, though, and the sound it makes reminds me of the high-pitched whine of nascar IMO. But its not really an exhaust to get if you're planning on scaring someone with the sound of your exhaust. It sounds pretty darn good but its not very loud. Louder than stock, sounds better, no pops or anything. Well, you get the picture. Just my opinion.

lol. You know, I don't even know. I bought the car used in August, traded in my V6 drop-top for it, and the only reason I know it's a dynomax is because the darn sticker was still on one of the tailpipes. I suppose the dealer put it on because the factory exhaust was on its way out. Sorry no sound clips. I could always try to get some tomorrow if I can figure out where I put my microphone. All I know is that it's a dynomax catback. Maybe I should have written those #s down before the sticker came off. Now I'll always wonder.

I've got the chance to hear the SLP TOTL in person on the LT1 several times and it sounds bad f-ing A$$. Just the perfect deep-throated rumble that isn't loud nor quiet either (on a stockish car of course)...

Never heard the Hooker on an LT1, but it sounds fairly weak on my friends mostly stock LS1 Formula...
