The loudmouth has no muffler. In the intermediate pipe after the catalytic converter(s) there is a resonator to quiet it down a little bit

THanks man all i was wandering is how it sounded so damn good with no muffler>??

BtW maybe someone can answer this I switched over to synthetic blend oil, mobil 1, my car has 118,000 miles on it, and now when i stop at a stop light my oil pressure bottoms out, and check gauge light comes on.

Could the switching ot synthetic blend of, created this problem and i was thinking about going from the 5W30 to 10W30 next time non-synthetic blend to maybe bring my oil pressure up, would this be a good idea or a bad idea?

Dunno if this relates.. but when I did my oilchange at about 125k I switched to mobil 1; 3 months later all the oil was gone.

I went back to regular and havent lost a drop, been about 3 months now.

I dont think synthetics good for high mileage cars.. way too thin.

I dont know the answer to your question, though, if the oils full, bad sensor or something maybe? Dying oil pump?

Mobil 1 claims that a car that uses its motor oil will not show any signs of wear and tear.

The synthetic does run thinner so if you were running 5w before you should try a 10 and if you were running a 10 then maybe a 15, but depending on the climate you wont want to go too thin or too thick either.

with 118k on ur car i would have stuck with regular oil IMHO.....i dunno if it works to well but if u were switching over try some of that higher mileage oil....

as for the loudmouth ....the intermediate pipe has a larger pipe just b4 the overt he axle pipe which is the resonator....that muffles the sound (nota whole lot) ...i have mine installed too pic are on my site in my sig

Keep in mind that dino oil (regular oil) will gunk and clog up and prevent small leaks where it might happen. When you run dino oil for a long time, then switch to a synthetic, it acts as a solvent almost and takes out all the "blocks" that the dino oil formed to prevent leaks, and is possible that your synthetic will start to leak.

That's why you hear about people switching to a synthetic and it starts leaking. All the old oil gunk plugs are gone.
