LCA and BHB install.... torque specs???

I'm going to do my lower control arm and panhard bar install today. I got them used, so I dont know what I am supposed to torque the bolts too.
Can someone help me out here?

also is using my stock bolts good enough, or should I get new ones? my car only has 17k miles on it, so its still new.

panhard rod is 61 ft lbs for bolts and nut

with 17k on ur car theorigional bolts can be reused
