No, coating is extra but they are stainless steel.

 

What kind of y-pipe are you running with your slps?Mine should be in a couple of days,and was just curious what you are running,because mine dont come with the y-pipe.

You SHOULD be getting a y-pipe with it, are you buying new or used? I found them for the best deal, 399 with y pipe.

Pretty much any store/site i've check out shows it comes witht he y-pipe. The person you probably bought the headers from just wanted to keep it cuz it's stainless steel.

damn, i would but im going to U of I this weekend to visit my g/f. I do wanna go to the track and see how much of a gain the headers gave me. And they did come with a Ypipe one thats ALOT nicer then the stock one. you just gotta weld your cat onto the new Y
