size of Exhaust after cat

I am currently running a stock cat back and I want to buy a cutout. I was wondering what the outside diameter is after the cat? I am thinking it is 3 inch I just don't have anything to measure it with right now. I have a 96 TA. Thanks in advance

2.75" stock, 3" most aftermarket catbacks.

I do beleive its 14 gauge pipe as well. But it could be only 16 gauge.
