Side-By-Side 7-second LT1's ! ! !

ltxtech.com ran their annual "Shootout" at Beach Bend Raceway in Bowling Green, KY on Saturday, September 5th. As far as I am aware this is the first time two LT1 cars have made side-by-side 7-second passes.

That’s probably a few seconds faster than I can get out of my LT1 and/or into it. In my defense, my car has been lowered.

Bowling Green is my hometown and I’m home this week. I guess the LS Fest is this week and it made the local news last night. Apparently drifting has become a big enough thing to warrant its own event.
