Should I worry about Detonation?

Im in the process of assembling my stroker again. The first time I went with Je forged pistons flat tops with 5cc dish and a 6 inch rod. I used the felpro 1074. THis was with the Original LE1 cam. My static compression ratio was at about 11.4 but I dont remember my dynamic. The car ran great with no detonation. I spun some bearings and now i have Forged Wiseco flat tops but it is now .040 over and Im thinkin about going with the LE3 cam from lloyd. My question is, with the larger bore and the larger cam, do you guys think my static/dynamic compression ratios will put me over the point where It will start to detonate? Should i compensate with a thicker head gasket? Or is this such a small difference that it wont matter? Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know where there is a dynamic compression ratio calculator that is free? All the ones i have found were just for static compression ratios and had to pay for the dynamic.

There are several listed on the internet.

You have to use the ADVERTISED figures when asked not @50.
