Should I put my old o2's in to seafoam my engine???

I am contemplating taking my o2's out because they are fairly new? Am I being overly paranoid or would it be a good protection measure? I take very good care of the engine and it has almost 75k. Thanks.

Yea, if you have them put them in. You wouldn't believe the funk that will coat them over if you don't. Seafoam will blow out some sh*t.
