should i get a torque converter. i heard that it is a good investment and i need to have my tranny rebuilt, so with it off i won't have to pay much. 2800 stall is the best for a street driven car, right.

what is the best to get or what do u guys have and how much did u guys pay?

im pretty sure my friend got a 2600

but make sure ur tranny guy knows what hes doing! my friends stall wasnt put on right, and it took 4 months before every gear had been destroyed and something went flying around in his tranny and put a quarter size whole in the pan...

but yea just make sure he knows what hes doing

I didnt get my computer reprogrammed after slp 2500 stall. It shouldn't cost anything to get the thing unstalled if the tranny is already out. I paid 300 for my slp. I would go with a 2800 tc though.
