Should I buy a New Posi when doing gear swap?

I'm having my Motive 4.10's along with my t/a rearend girdle and ratech solid pinion spacer installed soon in my factory 10 bolt. I'm wondering if it's worth it while everything's apart to have a new "take-off" zexel torsen posi unit installed? Will I need to buy any extra parts to make it work or will it simply "bolt-in"? I can get one farily cheap ($89.99) so please give me your opinions.

Thanks!
