With that description I'd guess the car has had the **** ragged out of it. I'd rather buy a low mileage, stock car.

I agree. I like to look for a low mile "virgin". That car looks like it had a very abusive boyfriend, and has"been around the block" I'm sure that is why the price is so low. Heavily modded cars are hard to get a decent price for. I've lost my *** on a couple of them, and will *never* do it again. It is like holding up your money and lighting it on fire.
