I would get the pro 5.0 or something that has a stick with it.

Any good compared to what?

Compared to the stock shifter, it is marginally better, but it uses the stock stick, so its a "compromise".

Compared to a Pro 5.0, its not very good.

The SLP shifter is a "cheaper" copy of the Hurst Comp+. The cover plate is a thinner stamped material, and it needs the stock, rubber bushing lever to be transplanted. I've compared them side-by side. Has no "stops". Other quality aftermarket shifters have a heavier/billet top plate, a non-bushing lever, and adjustable stops.

You get what you pay for, IMHO.
