Short belt length??

I've done the search thing and found no definitive answer. Is it possible to remove the A/C compressor and run without delete pulley? If so, what is the length? Also, if the lines are removed and the connector is pulled is there does the compressor still create significant drag on the system?

As long as the air isn't on it is just like an idler pulley. Ya don't have to remove anything.

I am going to remove mine, shoebox gave me a part number for a delete pulley. It was about 70 bucks from summit. When i do this ill let you know if my belt stays the hell on there. the delete pulley looks a bit small.

I know from a reliable source that even though the AC is turned off, it still cycles intermittantly. I think I'm gonna plug the holes and just keep the weight up front for now. I wanna run it this weekend with a few new mods
