Shoebox, here is one for ya! What timming set works with 97 lt1??
Been outta the loop and have forgot. I also did a search and found noda. If I remember correctly, Cam gear changes along with optis(?) but what about chain and lower gears between the 93/4 and 97?? WHat is, if any, interchangeable between motors??

As stock, 93-94 cam sprockets are interchangeable (spline drive opti). 95-97 cam sprockets are interchangeable (dowel pin drive opti).
The chain and crank sprockets are interchangeable for all 93-97.
The crank hub is interchangeable 93-95 and then a shorter one for 96-97 (because of the crank position sensor).
