shoebox help please

geoff and I did headers this am, and I broke the sensor on the drivers side of the head, coolant i think? i took it out and coolant pissed right out of it, what is this sensor and its part #? Thanks so much !!!!!

i believe thats the sensor for ur guages coolant temp
i dont know the Part# but just go down to GM

I believe that ollie is right--coolant sensor on the drivers side head.

Here's the GM part number: 12146312

Sorry shoebox.

Hopefully I got it right, otherwise shoebox can shoot me.

That's the number for the one in the water pump (actually, it has been replaced by 15326386 ).

GM PART # 25037332 is the one in the head.

You can always check my page to see if a part you are looking for is on there. I update and add stuff often.

Well, you asked for a part number.

You can get a replacement sensor from any auto parts store.

I asked because I went there yesterday and they gave me the sensor for the waterpump ????? they said that was the only one listed....

Should have figured I was wrong. Maybe instead of checking gmpartsdirect.com I'll check shoebox's site for part numbers.
It's probably more accurate anyways.
