ok just got home and measured my dowl pin on my cam i hit in to far.
i installed opti spark with playdough in dowl position on opti only sinks in 1/8 of a inch. i measured it with a depth micrometer and only have half of your spec you stated earlier today in my other post. i tryed everything to pull out is it poss you could call me on phone?

Suggestion....
If you want to contact Shoebox, send him an e-mail. "Paging" is really not a good idea on a busy forum like this one, since its yet another post to push the valid posts off the first page faster..... and into oblivion.

Obviously, I can't do phone calls as I would not have a life (not that I have one, now). 
If you have read any of my previous posts on dowel pins, I usually recommend a trip to a machine shop to have it removed. I tried to take one out of an old cam myself, with what tools I had and it wasn't pretty.
If it is loose enough, you might have some luck with some locking pliers. The pin is soft enough that it will gouge, though. Plan on getting another one.
