shoebox gotta header ?

Ive heard you have to lift the motor on the passenger side.. to get a hooker Lt in.

Which should I unbolt to make it the easiest to bolt back in off the motor or the frame? also what do people jack on? the Oil plan with a block of wood Id guess

I have not done it, but I would assume that removing the one through bolt in the mount would be what to do. Jacking on the pan is at your own risk, though I have done it myself. Just make sure you use some wood to distribute the load and go slow, so you can watch for any binding or problems.

I wouldn't put the jack on the oil pan at all. The place I've used before was the transmission housing, closest to the front.

When I installed the hooker long tubes I had to remove the motor mount threw bolts on both sides.I jacked it up on the crank hub with a block of wood.
