shift improvement module for a4

how many of u guys actually have the shift improvement moduole and is it really worth getting??

I have the B&M ShiftPlus. Nice thing about it is you can turn it on and off when ever you want. I hardly ever use it unless I want to launch hard off the line. It is great for that.
