I was comming home last night and my abs and brake light came on so I pulled turned the car off and then turned it back on ad they went away. 5 min later the came on again, so I checked the brake lights and one of the middle ones were out so I thought that was the problem. I changed both of them today, and the abs and break light were still on.

Does it take a few trips for the lights to go out?

If I pull the ABS fuse then the ABS light comes on but the break light stays off.

Where are some other connections that I can check cause It will be a few days till I can get it scanned, and driving on the snow with out ABS sucks.

 

when the 3rd brake lights short or burn out it will set a code that needs to be clearned. you can try unhooking the battery and see if that does it. make sure the lights are still working. if that dont take care of it you might want to gt the code scanned and see what it is for
