Alright. I am starting my build up right now. 383 with the CC306 and 1.6 rr's. Fully forged interals. May up compression to 11.5:1 and am going to spray a 250 shot on it. Trying to get some heads and a port matched intake that have pretty impressive numbers. 26x @ .050 and over 270 @ .060 if I am saying that right. Anyways just wondering if anyone has a similar setup and what I should make on the motor with a good dyno tune. I was hoping for anywhere b/t 415-430 somewhere in that area.

 

Are you set on the CC306 for this setup? Also, hope you've got a good clutch for that bad boy, and a better rearend than the 10 bolt.

 

Get some nice heads and you could see 460-475...

Might I recommend an LE3 package from Llyod Elliot? Matching Heads with his custom cam

 

Well if I could sell it and get something else for the same price then I may not be. I have the Mcleod clutch brand new but I think I may sell it and get a Spec Stage 5 or the Mcleod Street Twin.

 

Those would be some pretty crazy #'s. The guy I bought the cam from had a 396 Lt4 heads/intake and the CC306 and only made 425 on motor and his compression was also 11.5 to one. How much is that heads/cam package from LE?

I know of peeps putting down 400rwHP with them...

I'm correcting myself, I will say 440rwhp with the extra cubes.

 

Yeah I was hoping anywhere b/t 420-440 with the head/intake I am getting.
