ses light and both fans on after driving

I just finished up a cam install on my 94 TA and I also added a new opti and a new waterpump. Yesterday and today my ses light came on and both fans did too at the same time. I can see that the fans turned on because I have a fan switch with leds. My ses light and fans came on 3 different times all after driving the car for 5 to 10 mins. It doesnt happen every time I drive the car though, so im not quite sure what it could be. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Matt

You're just guessing without a "scan"..... get it on a scanner. The code is stored.

AFAIK, anytime the ses is on, so are the fans. The only way to know for sure is to have the codes pulled. You can guess and guess, and maybe you'll be right, but chances are the guesses will be wrong.
