Serpentine Pulley Question

I'm going to be re-locating my alternator by modifying the stock accessory bracket and removing my AC. I've seen some other people that have done this and even a kit for sale. What pulley is being used to run the belt where the alternator "was" at. Part number and source would be most helpful.

Thanks.

Re: Serpentine Pulley Question

Do one better and do I what I did.

Here is a pic of mine.
Modified Bracket for Lower Alternator

Cost was a whole $10 for making the support brackets to support the alterantor. Took some cutting on the bracket, I personally did not like the big stub sticking that far up. I can take more pictures of it if this is what you are looking for.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. Nice job by the way. I'd be interested in any details that you can give me, materials used, size/part number of the belt that you're using now. I don't have a lot of metal working tools regretfully but I'm figuring I could bend a piece of metal using my vice etc. Also be interested in the manufacturer of those valve covers. They look nice and tall. Thanks a bunch!!

My email btw is mhansel658@comcast.net

Re: Serpentine Pulley Question

Looked at it a little more closely and noticed that you got rid of the power steering pump as well. I want to keep my Power Steering, so I'd have to modify your design a little. Wouldn't get as much room as you have but definitely more of an improvement. I'm thinking that I could do something similar, keeping power steering, and not having the "extra pulley", on the extended "ear".
