So I tried another whirrl at the car today. Unplugged the PCM for about 20 minutes, put my elbow all the way on the intake (d'oh!), and tried unplugging the MSD Digital 6. Still runs the same, although I'm not getting any codes at all. Taking off fine and then right before it wants to go into second, stumbles a bit and finally shifts. Put the pedal on the floor and it will just hesitate and not want to do anything.

My timing is fine, atljar can vouch for this. Opti, coil, plugs are brand new. I'll be replacing the O2's here soon.
